High temperature and high pressure check valve maintenance ten measures introduced
Lubricate with grease. Grease should be compatible with high temperature and high pressure valve metal materials, rubber parts, plastic parts and working medium. When the working medium is gas, special 221 grease, for example, can be used. Apply grease to the surface of the seal installation groove, apply grease to the rubber seal, and apply grease to the sealing surface and friction surface of the valve stem.

5, assembly should not allow metal debris, fiber, grease (except for the provisions of the use of) dust and other impurities, foreign matter and other pollution, adhesion or stay on the surface of the parts or into the cavity.
6. The decomposed individual parts can be cleaned by dipping. Metal parts with undecomposed non-metal parts can be scrubbed with clean fine and clean silk cloth impregnated with cleaning agent (to avoid fiber falling off and adhering to parts). All grease, dirt, glue and dust adhering to the wall shall be removed during cleaning.
7. Non-metallic parts should be taken out of the cleaning agent immediately after cleaning, and should not be soaked for a long time.
8. The bolts on the flange must be tightened symmetrically, gradually and evenly during assembly.
9. After cleaning, it needs to be assembled after the wall cleaning agent is volatilized (it can be wiped with silk cloth not impregnated with cleaning agent). If it is left for a long time, it will rust and be polluted by dust.
10, must first find out the high temperature and high pressure valve, the downstream pipeline has been removed pressure, before the disassembly operation.
